hai encik blog. lame xdgr kabar. huhu, baru2 ni musim hujan. disebabkan sy suke tido, sy xmelepaskn peluang utk tido ms hujan. :D sbnrny banyak perkare2 bes berlaku since last march (bes sbb skrg musim spring, musim plg bes utk kluar jln2 & musim plg bnyak cuti. rupenye, pd org kristien, banyak peristiwa yg berlaku pd jesus musim ni) tp xupdate pulak, sbb encik hujan sll menang bile encik blog cube berlawan.
tp bl bace blog nekmah & kakaknye adalah sgt bes. stiap cite tulis dgn detail & gamba2, which is very good. and now i really regretted that for the last 5 years i didnt write any of my experiences somewhere, especially the one worth to write, like travelling in Europe or family's and friend's visit.. :( and now that i mentioned it, i've really forgot what we did, except for some sweet moments.
but i guess, before i started to really forget the whole things, i'll try to recollect all the memories trough the pictures and write it here, insyaAllah :) and i'll start with abahmama's visit next week :D i'm excited! i really miss them...
oh btw, yesterday i altered the recipe for lava cake i always used and alhamdulillah its a success! its a lot better & easier than the internet recipe i've used. lava cake is a chocolate cake (but in a cupcake size) with chocolate liquid in the inside. thats why it is called lava cake.
here's my recipe: (for 8 or 4 depends on the ramekins size)
150g cooking chocolate150g butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
50g cooking chocolate (chopped it in 8 or 4 small size)
small ramekins
melt the chocolate & butter by double boiler or microwave.
in another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until its whiten.
stir in melted chocolate and then the cocoa powder.
pour in the batter into ramekins and..
put one chocolate chunks in each ramekins (make sure the chocolate chunks are in the middle of the batter)
cook for 10 -15 minutes in 180°C.
the baking time differ on how runny you'd like your chocolate lava cake to be. and it also differ on the oven quality. i like it to be super-liquid-oozing center. if you over cooked the cake, it'll still have liquid center since there's chocolate chunks inside. forgot to say, this cake is supposed to be eaten while its still warm. if its already cool, preheat it in microwave for 15 seconds.
its a MUST for chocolate lover! :D especially because its so easy & the preparation time is less than 10 minutes!
