Resepi Kek Batik Jemen

salam..

gembira sbb dah dapat resepi kek batik balik. and this time, it is a lot better than the one i lost before~ :)

i've tried it last month and it ended as...erm, xjadik :( susah tau nak habiskan bende xsedap. but today, i tried it again with different way and magically in less than 20 minutes, the try and error experiment succeed. yeayy!~

ok, here's the recipe:

300g cooking chocolate
300g biskut marie (kalau kat jemen guna butterkeks)
100ml susu
2 biji telur
1/3 cawan gula
1 sudu besar butter
1/2 cawan chopped almond/walnut

preparation time: 20 minit
level: easy-medium

1. mula2, masukan cooking chocolate dan butter dlm satu mangkuk. lepastu panaskan dlm mikrowave. panaskan 40 saat je, pstu gaul sampai cooking chocolate tu cair. kalau xde mikrowave xpe, boleh cairkan guna double boiler.

2. campurkan susu, gula dan coklet cair td ke dalam pan. lepas 2-2 dah sebati dgn baik, campurkan pl telur yg dah dipukul. gaul baik2.

3. masukan 1/3 biskut marie yg hancur dan chopped almond/walnut ke dalam pan, dan gaul baik2 sehingga agak pekat.

4. bila dah agak pekat, masukan lg 2/3 biskut marie yg dah dipatah2kan. tutup api, gaul dgn baik dan masukan dalam loyang, dan mampat2kn sikit.

5. tggu sampai sejuk.

xsure tajuk die.. tp bes movie tu. die cite betul zmn WW2 kat cine dulu, pasal sorg laki ni name die Ip Man. mmg sgt respek kat die dr semua segi, peribadi, cara dia lyn keluarga & kwn2 dia, style kungfu dia.. dan rupenye die ni adelah idola Bruce Lee dl.

Belated Besday

salam

knapp 32 hr yg lepas besday kaklong. ms hrtu, sy mmg sgt2 terlupe besday die. eh x, sbnrny mule2 ingat, tp bile ckp dgn seorg anonymous ni, die kate besday kaklong bukan 9hb jan, tp Xhb january (ntah siapela agknye pesalah tu..). jadi sy pn reset blk dlm ingatan, dan terlupe terus bila tb 9 jan. yg plg teruk sekali, pd mlm besday kaklong, sy telah melakukan bende yg sgt jahat sbgi seorg kawan T_T sgt mintak maaf kaklong!

lepas hbs paper exam baru2 ni, kitorg buatla jamuan belated besday utk kaklong. menu: chocolate cake, french fries, beberape ketul ayam kari (?) yg sgt pedas, dan cerita jackie chan zaman 80-an utk hiburan <-- siyes kelakar cite tu

hehe.. not that i really want pn, coz i'm sure its not gonna be active since i'm such a busy person and pemalas :P

but i need one visual notebook since i always lost my note books, which means = i lost some of my self-made baking recipes. hmmphh.. :(

anyway, i'll try to update if i have any story to tell (ye..selain resepi).
